Overheard in the Kitchen:

Me: "Owww, ohhh..."

RX: "What's wrong?"

Me: "My ankle hurts. It keeps buckling."

RX: "That's because it's Quadruple Witching Day; that often happens to people on Quadruple Witching Day. You know, we should come up with a version of astrology, but based on Wall Street events."

Me: "They already have. It's called Wall Street."

RX: "See? I know! That's why it will work!"

Chiropractic, headology, and a good dose of sukrose and akwa.

it's called getting old, and it's one of the disadvantages of being tall.
Rub some of this into it once in a while. The Kaiser permanente exercise program is supposed to be one of the best, and the exercises are simple.

Welcome to middle age. Remember 600 mg of Vitamin I combined with 1000 mg of non-codeine Tylenol has been found to be as effective as opiates for pain relief, just go easy or it'll brick your liver over time.

Plantar fascia massage is supposed to help too, but it never did squat for me, mostly I think because I hate to have anyone touch my feet.

...But not as much as they do? ;)

Could be. My feet are not the hazardous bit.

I'll bet yer cat has been licking it while you were asleep.

They are trying to kill you. They just aren't good at smothering you, or using the vibrating paw or headbutt technique to stop your heart beat.
